Orders for Greece
Your products are shipped via SPEEDEX all over Greece to your door with whichever payment method you choose in our online store.
Shipments are made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
The charge for each order is 3€.
If the parcel is shipped with cash on delivery, there is an additional charge of 2 €.
For purchases over 50 € there are no shipping costs.
All the above prices include VAT.
The delivery time is set at approximately 2 to 7 working days, depending on the destination.
Sepia Collection will make every effort to send you the products within the above working days, while it reserves the right to cases of any shortages in products, so the shipping time will be differentiated, for which you will be informed about it by the company.
Returns
In case you wish to return your products, the return deadline is 10 working days from receipt. The costs of returning the parcel to the company, as well as the shipping costs of the new one are borne by the customer and not the company, except in cases where the return is due to our fault (eg product defectiveness), where a return is required within 5 days.
For hygiene reasons, our company will not accept returns on swimsuits and earrings.
Returns are accepted if the following conditions are met:
The products are in the same condition in which you received them, that is, without having been unsealed or their packaging has been tampered with.
The product must be accompanied by a photocopy of the retail receipt or a consignment note, if it concerns an invoice.

EUROPE
The shipment of your products to the rest of the countries is done through speedex and is charged with shipping costs of 20€ regardless of the volume and price of your order.
CYPRUS
The products are shipped by speedex and the charge is 20€ regardless of the volume and price of your order.
